Singalong Sunday – Replay no. 5 and 6

Catching up

As you may have noticed, I’m not the quickest with uploading (or writing) new blog posts ?. It’s not that I don’t want to, but I’m usually distracted by other things. Important things, like rehearsing new material to be able to play it in the next Singalong Sunday gig.

The last six days I’ve been working really hard on learning (or re-learning and rehearsing) a few songs, some of which were requested and some that I really want to play because I love these songs.

More requests to work on

For today’s Singalong Sunday (it’s May 10th, 2020) I’ve got five songs that people requested. And I also still have about six other songs that I have to learn from scratch, also requests (those are for later gigs, maybe next week, but I’m not yet sure).

Add to that some four or five other songs that I want to be able to play and sing, but I’m not familiar with those songs, so I’ll have to listen to them a lot before I can even try to start playing them.

Well, there’s a lot of work to do in that department. I really hope you like the songs I play, and if you have requests of your own, please let me know!

Face masks for children – Is there 1 valid reason for these preposterous rules?
